One of my earbuds is not working, how can I fix this?

  1. The charging contact points of new earbuds are usually covered with semi transparent plastic stickers. If they haven't been removed yet, please remove them to allow the earbuds being charged.
  2. Clean the charging contact points on the earbuds and charging case using a cotton swab or fabric. If there's a black oxide layer covering the surface of the charging contact points, please scrape it off with a knife.
  3. Fully charge the earbuds. When using the earbuds for the first time, please charge them for about 5 hours
  4. If the above methods does not work, please try to reset the earbuds. The steps for resetting the earbuds vary, please refer to the manual of the product for detailed resetting guide
